Clinton Weber

Clinton Weber has over 30 years of biotech experience, having roles in nearly all aspects of Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls throughout his career. He’s spent time in leadership positions in Process Engineering, Process Development, Quality, Manufacturing, MSAT, and capital project management having been the responsible project manager for two different greenfield biotech GMP manufacturing facilities.

Clinton’s past experience is with Immunex, Amgen, Novo Nordisk, AGC Biologics, Juno, Celgene, and BMS. He has also spent several years as a CMC consultant and has taken several companies from seed stage through their first round of financing. He has served as CMC leader on lead candidates for cell therapy and gene therapy, including now commercial products. He has participated in several Type B and Type C meetings with the FDA, participated as lead host during FDA inspections, and has authored numerous IND and BLA sections for biologics and cell & gene therapy.
